I am 57 years old and used to be fit, trim and active until my mid 40’s. Being over weight and out of shape after 10 years of being sedentary, I needed someone that would take me seriously and get me fit without burning me out. Tanya has become that person that has made the difference in my life. She has kept me motivated and produced some amazing results. She cares about my wellbeing physically and mentally. She makes me laugh! She is always mixing things up keeping interested. She encourages me and she accepts me exactly how I am and how I feel when I show up. She nows just how far to push me... always more than I think I can do... And she is always right!
I’ve been training with Tanya for a little over a year now and OMG I never thought that PT can make such a difference to your life! What I really appreciate about Tanya is that she’ll push you to your limits, but always with meticulous attention to posture and form so that your routine is 100% correct. That’s really important to me as I used to have issues with my lower back. No mistake or wrong move escapes her, which is really what you want in a personal trainer.
But what I really love about Tanya is how supportive, friendly and outgoing she always is – I don’t recall a single session when there wasn’t a big smile on her face! She loves her profession and it shows and that’s super motivating. Tanya will push you, and OH YES she’ll get you out of your comfort zone but importantly the sessions are so much fun, it really helped me build confidence in the gym. Honestly if you want results go to Tanya.
Tanya is an awesome personal trainer. I’ve been working out for years, in running groups or in gyms, and I never understood the value of having a personal trainer in addition to group classes, until I started training with Tanya. She was recommended to me, to help me through some long term injuries. Tanya does a thorough assessment of any new client; not just physically - she asks about your day too, because life sometimes impacts our motivation. I can definitely recommend training sessions with Tanya. No two sessions are the same so you’ll never get bored and you’ll develop core and body strength you may not have had before. Tanya’s zest for life and fitness is infectious. You will not be disappointed. Book some sessions with her and watch your fitness improve exponentially. Consistency is key.
Tanya is a fantastic trainer - I cannot recommend her highly enough! I wasn't a big gym person before and it definitely wasn't something I enjoyed, but after working with her I absolutely love it!
I initially booked a quick consultation to help me with some back pain that I had from working at a computer everyday. She was able diagnose the problem immediately and ease the pain after just a couple of sessions. After that I decided to continue as I was also really out of shape. 6 months on I'm in the best shape I've been since I was a kid, my housemate has started training with Tanya too and I actually look forward to every session (unless I'm hungover... 🤣).
