Tanya Camilleri

Is a fitness enthusiast specialising in both One to One Training and Group Exercise. Tanya delivers Training Programmes that are client goal focused, adapted for each and every client’s personal fitness journey.

Tanya teaches clients how to train effectively through a wide range of exercises by putting strong emphasis on correct form, posture and balance.

Tanya recognises that everyone is unique and brings experience and creativity into every session.  She is renowned for her high energy and positive interactions with her clients. 

Tanya has been changing and inspiring lives since 1998, working with over 1000 clients throughout her career. She takes pride in sharing her skills and knowledge with every client to ensure they learn to train independently and for a lifetime.

The Journey

Tanya started her fitness career as a freelance group fitness trainer working for both corporate and private health clubs. From here she moved into Group Exercise Management at Reebok Sports Club which led her to create fitness concepts that are still taught today. 

From here Tanya moved into coaching clients on a one to one basis as well as teaching internationally and headlining fitness events.

Tanya has always been active and led a healthy lifestyle, but training has helped her both mentally and physically through life’s may challenges.

Tanya’s ethos:  With consistency comes positive, permanent changes.  There is no such thing as a quick fix – it’s a lifestyle.
