Ideal for beginners who want to start training. It is also for advanced trainers who know how to warm up and cool down and just want to be pushed out of their comfort zone for 30 minutes.

The complete workout with a thorough warm-up and training session focusing on clients goals with a cool-down stretch.

12 Hour Monthly Programme

Includes nutrition plans and workout sessions prescribed throughout the week. All online classes are included free of charge.
